To make your journey with us as seamless as possible, we offer flexible payment options:

• Upon Confirmation: Secure your booking with a 30% deposit. This initial payment ensures your accommodations are reserved exclusively for you.
• On Arrival: The remaining balance of 70% is payable in cash upon arrival. We kindly request that payments be made using the latest series of U.S. dollars to facilitate smooth transactions.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible with our cancellation policy:

• 30 Days Before Arrival: Should you need to cancel your booking 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your deposit.
• 14 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made 14 days before arrival qualify for a 50% refund of your deposit.
• 7 Days Before Arrival: Please note that any cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival are non-refundable.

Flexible Rebooking Options:

For those who wish to postpone their adventure:

• Travel Voucher: Instead of a cancellation, you can opt for a travel voucher which remains valid for 24 months from the original booking date. Please note, rebooking your stay will be subject to the accommodation rates at the time of your new booking, and an additional cost may apply.
