A 5-Day Journey Through Tanzania's Untamed Wilderness: Nyerere, Mikumi, and Udzungwa

Itinerary:

Day 1: Evening Boat Safari

Early morning pick up at 8:30am. Drive to Nyerere National Park for 3 to 4 hrs. On arrival, check in at Africa Safari Selous Lodge for Lunch and then relax after a Bumpy road ride. At 4pm,go for a boat safari till 6:30pm. Thereafter return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive at Nyerere National Park

Early morning breakfast at 6am. At 7 am ,drive to the park for check in then have a full day game drive . Break for lunch at 1pm at the park picnic site. After Lunch Continue with game drive till 6:30pm; thereafter, check out and drive back to the Lodge.

Day 3: Departure to Mikumi-Evening Game Drive at Mikumi National Park

Early morning pick up at 6:00am. Drive to Mikumi National Park for 6 to 7 hrs. On arrival, check in at the Park to start your game drive till 6:30pm before checking out and driving to Camp Bastian Mikumi Cottages for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Full Day Udzungwa National Park Hiking

Early morning breakfast at 6am. At 7 am, drive to the park for check in then have a full day Sanje Trail Hiking. Lunch will be at the view point on top of the waterfall. After Lunch descend from the mountain and drive back to the Camp.

Day 5: Morning Game Drive at Mikumi National Park- Departure

Early morning breakfast at 6am. At 6:30 am, drive to the park for check in then have a morning 4 hours game drive till 11am. Thereafter, check out and drive back to Dar es Salaam. Be dropped at the Hotel, or Airport.
